  SUNDAY RIDE  to Awana / Genting

Cheev missing his ride citing kepala pening. David's Peggy is docked at Sunny's..Ben still in China doing God-know-what.. but the weather was too beautiful to waste without putting the bikes to good use. Sam was eager to put his spankin' new boots to test. And Andy was smitten by the biking bug ..(aren't we contagious) rain or shine.. and me as ready as always..

The short shower made the mid-20s temperature the perfect weather to kick out and relax with a cup of warm teh tarik 

  

The next hour  was a perfect ride on two wheels through the main road back to Karak Highway, which was unfortunately ridden with roadworks. Regardless, the short ride  offered me some sanctuary to face the tough week ahead. 

Many would not understand the hush about trekking up to the hills for some r&r. And experiencing it on a motorcycle added a sense of thrill. Truly, it's the only way to enjoy a cup of teh tarik...
