Ivan celebrated his birthday yesterday and what a big present he collected. Rashid is upgrading to a new 1200GS and sold his yellow 1150GS to Ivan. Our favourite Ulu Yam road is a nice curvy, forested road leading to Genting Highlands. For obvious reasons, scores of weekend bikers would get their fixes riding through the hills. Our Ivan wasted no time to get intimate with his new love and in no time he was already cracking the throttle to push the quiet yellow giant to the limits.
Steve, showed up to have Ulu Yam's loh-mee with us before riding off solo to Frasier Hill. The rest of us on 2 Z750s and 2 GS' continued to the top of the hill for coffee. Zain sent an sms that he and Dan would meet up at Genting.
It seems like the Sunday morning at Coffee Bean cafe is getting very popular with scores of bikers already making a spot for themselves by 11am. Batman and Batgurl with Zain and Dan rolled up 3 min after we arrived. It was a nice morning goofed over chit chats and coffee before we diced back to city.
