Oonta celebrates his 50th birthday in February. I supposed that is
significant given he been kicking butts around for half a century. Not sure
what his family given him but he would be dad-in-law later this year and
perhaps a permanent datuk-ship bestow by his daughter in due time. Time
flies fast if you ask me and given any chance, we cherish it with love ones
and with bikes we love so much. Thank you to the guys who invented the
motorised two wheels. Were we born with riding instincts ? Guess it was
acquired somehow and somewhere in our short lives. Oonta certainly played a
big part in that. The stories he told about the joy of riding got a fair few
excited and wanted to be part of it.
We rode to Titi Kong for our Sunday morning motorcycling fix. Unfortunately, the slip road with countless turns and bends claimed yet another rider a week earlier. Treating the road with respect, the rider would be rewarded with priceless experience. Taking on the blind bends without care, the price would be too great to pay.
